Like every fairy-tale, this opera asks an 'adult' question: what do you do when life tests you? Hold on to eachother, then good will overcome all bad!                                                                                                                                                
Hänsel und Gretel is an optimistic performance full of humor with, among others, a spectacular flight of Hänsel and Gretel with a flock of swans. The fantasy-esque decor contains breathtaking 3D projections and the lush, romantic music by composer Engelbert Humperdinck is full of dance rhythms.
