How do I create an account?
Theater aan het Vrijthof has a new ticket system and a new online environment, where you can view your purchases, download your tickets and adjust your personal details. With these new systems, you now have a better customer experience when buying tickets online! You can also choose to order tickets without creating an account.
Your account can be activated by following these five steps:
STeP 1.
Desktop: Click on the "doll icon" at the top right of the Theater aan het Vrijthof homepage.
Mobile device: Click on "menu" at the top right of your screen and then click on "account".
STeP 2.
Desktop / mobile device: Click on "New account" in My theater.
STeP 3.
Desktop / mobile device: Enter the email address known to us and choose a password that meets the password criteria. Then click on "create an account"
STeP 4.
To ensure your privacy you will receive an email with a validation-link. Before you can continue, you must click on the link in this email. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam box.
STeP 5.
After clicking on the validation link in your email, click on the "check" button.
You can now log in and order tickets with your email address.
