Small People
Ivgi & Greben
Life comes at us at full speed. What do we do with it? Do we jump on it, duck or flee?
Small People depicts the struggles that life throws at us. It portrays the universal challenges we struggle with as human beings as we try to escape everything that life throws at us.
An expressive dance performance about mankind as troublemaker.
Choreographers Uri Ivgi and Johan Greben perform a mix of expressive and visual dance. Eight dancers move as a large group representing all of us. Suddenly one dancer jumps out with an energetic solo, like a beast breaking loose. The choreography tells a human story about cooperation and individual freedom, desire and hope.
