SALLY & Another Kind of Blue

SALLY invites you to explore a new theatre concept during the Nederlandse Dansdagen, at the AINSI. During the SALLY Sessies, new work is shared with the audience. This could be a fully finished performance or a work in progress. Afterwards, the audience can share their impressions and ideas, as SALLY would like to find out what drives and moves their audience. It's what SALLY wants to discover, together with you.
 
In this particular SALLY Sessie, you will get to see and experience the rehearsals of BLOB, a new performance which will premiere in Maastricht in February 2025. In BLOB, the virtual dance world of dance company Another Kind of Blue and the interactive dance world of SALLY come together in a next level dance experience.

Who or what is BLOB and what can it create? During BLOB, both the dancers and the audience will utilise Motion Capture technique and complete various tasks and assignments. The application of Motion Capture Technique is a real first within youth performing arts.
