Lindy Hop Taster

During the Dansdagen several dance associations will take over the Danstent at the Vrijthof. Put on your dancing shoes and swing by to enjoy an evening of Lindy Hop with Swing Out Maastricht!
Everyone is welcome to dance along. You can also just watch and enjoy a drink.

The Lindy Hop is a partner dance that originated in the 1920s and 1930s in Harlem, New York. The dance is a fusion of many dances but is mainly based on jazz, tap, breakaway and Charleston.

On Thursday you can join a special Lindy Hop workshop by Swing Out Maastricht. After the workshop everyone is welcome to join us on the dancefloor for the Lindy Hop!
