Since Adam left the Garden of Eden, he has been wondering: How tasty was that apple anyway? Why are snakes so sneaky? How did that fig leaf actually stay in place? Is a relationship with Eve worth losing a rib? If he had two sons, where did all the others come from? And if the apple is the fruit of wisdom, why do iPhones make us dumber? Adam Fields delves into these questions and many more in his hilarious standup comedy show Adam's Apple.
Originally from London, Adam Fields now lives in Amsterdam. With his animated style and typically British humour, he brings laughter to international audiences. He has performed in numerous countries, from Norway to South Africa and from the US to Indonesia. His style has been described as a curious mix of a sophisticated Brit and an English hooligan.
Adam is a veteran on the Dutch and European comedy circuit and a regular guest at Comedy Café Amsterdam and Utrecht. He is a frequent support act for some of the biggest international names in standup comedy, including Jack Dee, Marc Maron, Jim Gaffigan and Russell Peters. Adam has made several appearances on various Dutch TV and radio programmes and is now considered ‘the national excuse Brit’.
